VideoSynq is owned and operated by RB Innovate LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("RB Innovate", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.videosynq.com (the "Site") and its features, including Google login, content feed submission, AI video generation, and channel publishing (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Site and Service are intended for users aged 18 years and above. VideoSynq is a professional publishing platform. By accessing the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
When you submit content feed URLs, RSS feeds, API endpoints, or source articles to the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licences, or permissions to submit such content for AI processing and video generation. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party content complies with applicable copyright law and the terms of any relevant content providers.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant RB Innovate LLP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to process, transform, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of content you submit.
You are solely responsible for the content generated and published through your VideoSynq account. RB Innovate LLP does not review or pre-approve AI-generated videos prior to publishing and accepts no liability for content published via your configured channels.
If you choose to sign in using Google, we collect only your name and email address for account identification purposes. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account settings. Revoking access will disable your ability to log in to VideoSynq but will not automatically delete your account or associated data.
Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise RB Innovate LLP to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected plan. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, we may suspend or restrict access to your account and associated video channels until payment is resolved.
Videos, scripts, and other content generated by VideoSynq are produced using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational and publishing purposes only. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and, where appropriate, editing AI-generated content before publishing. RB Innovate LLP makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, branding, software, and platform logic, is owned by or licensed to RB Innovate LLP and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify Site or platform content without prior written consent.
VideoSynq-branded templates, AI anchor assets, and platform components remain the intellectual property of RB Innovate LLP. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these assets solely within the Service.
VideoSynq enables publishing to third-party platforms such as YouTube and social media channels. Your use of these platforms is governed by their own terms of service. RB Innovate LLP is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms in relation to content published through the Service, including removal, demonetisation, or suspension of your accounts on those platforms.
The Site displays advertisements served by third parties, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or linked websites.
The Site and Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. RB Innovate LLP does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
RB Innovate LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from AI-generated content, channel publishing actions, or third-party platform decisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000 and all applicable rules and regulations thereunder. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
