Privacy Policy

VideoSynq is owned and operated by RB Innovate LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("RB Innovate", "we", "us", or "our").

Effective Date: 01 January 2026
Last Updated: 01 January 2026

RB Innovate LLP respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit https://www.videosynq.com (the "Site") and use its features, including Google login, content feed submission, AI video generation, and channel publishing ("the Service"). By using the Site or Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

RB Innovate LLP acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA) in respect of personal data collected directly from users of the Site.

(A) Information Supplied by Users

Where you choose to sign in using your Google account, we collect only your name and email address from Google solely to create and manage your account. We do not collect your address, phone number, or any other personal details beyond what Google provides during authentication.

When you use the Service, you may submit content feed URLs, RSS feeds, API endpoints, or article sources for the purpose of generating AI-produced video content. We collect and store these submitted URLs and feed configurations as part of your account in order to operate and deliver the Service.

Where you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information necessary to process your payment. Payment transactions are handled by our third-party payment processor and we do not store full card details on our servers. We retain only the information necessary to manage your subscription, such as your billing plan, payment status, and transaction history.

(B) Automatically Collected Information

To improve the responsiveness of the Site, we may use cookies or similar technologies to assign each visitor a unique session identifier, allowing us to understand how users interact with the Site. Unless you voluntarily identify yourself (for example, by signing in), we have no way of linking cookie data to you personally. You may configure your browser to refuse cookies; however, some features of the Site may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

Our web servers automatically collect limited technical information about your connection to the Internet, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited. This information is used to deliver the Site to you, maintain the security and performance of our systems, and understand aggregate traffic patterns. IP addresses are not used by us to directly identify individual users.

Analytics and Session Recording: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how users interact with our Site, including pages visited, session duration, device type, and general geographic location. We also use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioural analytics tool that records mouse movements, clicks, and scrolling patterns to help us improve the user experience. Microsoft Clarity may capture replays of user sessions in anonymised form. Neither tool is used to identify you personally. You may opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

(C) Google Login

Where you choose to sign in using your Google account, we receive only your basic profile information (name and email address) from Google solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account. We do not request or access your Gmail inbox, emails, or any other Google service data beyond what is necessary for authentication.

(D) Content Feeds and Generated Video Data

As part of operating the Service, we process the content feeds, RSS URLs, and source articles you submit in order to generate AI-produced video content on your behalf. We store the feed configurations, generated video metadata (including titles, scripts, timestamps, and publishing logs), and channel settings associated with your account.

Content submitted via your feeds may include third-party material sourced from external publishers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit such content for processing through the Service. We do not claim ownership of content you submit and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the Service to you.

Aggregate, anonymised statistics derived from platform usage (such as total videos generated or average processing times) may be collected and used for product improvement and marketing purposes, but will not identify you personally.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
